We are extremely happy to share with you that Shasthra Snehi team has successfully conducted an outreach program at Mar Ivanios college, TVM, Kerala on 18/11/2023.
The event was outstanding with active participation of students and involvement of our outreach team working in Solar Physics. The program started with a very basic introduction to Sun and Solar activity which provided an insight to students in dealing with the ‘ Solar probing activity session’. The 50 students who attended the session were selected by the SPIE student chapter of Mar Ivanios college through their own selection process. For the activity, students were divided into groups and volunteers assigned to each group guided them through the entire session. A Sunspot Viewing Session was also conducted alongside by the experienced volunteers of Shasthra Snehi outreach team.

Extending our sincere gratitude to the college authorities, the young ignited minds who attended the workshop and the volunteers for excellent coordination and conduction of the event.
